It is strongly recommended that you read all of the relevant sections of the website, plus the 'general guidance' section below BEFORE filling out the main application form.

Important Technical Information:

This site is best viewed in Internet Explorer (Windows) version 8.0 and above.
You must also have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7.0 or higher installed on your PC in order to download and print the completed application form. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7.0 or higher, you may download a copy by clicking here.
You should use either an Ink-Jet or Laser printer to print the completed Visa Application form/s once you have submitted it online. Sign and date it and present it along with the relevant documents and passport to our Visa application centre.
Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, it may take several minutes to download the initial and completed copies of the form/s.
We request you to please leave your popup blockers turned off for the duration of this activity.

Your order and the resulting sale contract between you and us will incorporate the current version of our term and conditions and data protection notice which can be downloaded and installed by you from the below link.

We suggest that you read them carefully. By submitting your order to us, you are confirming that you have accepted this.

Once you have completed your online application form please ensure that you bring a copy of the completed, signed form with you when attending one of our Visa
Application Centres.
 If you are sending the application by post then please print the form, sign it & then post it along with all the required documents only to our centralized postal application centre in Hayes. You can schedule an appointment for submission of your visa application along with the required documents to any of our Visa application centres within your Jurisdiction in the UK between 0830 hrs - 1430 hrs - Mon- Fri except public holiday.

We also offer online payment option should you wish to pay through our secured payment gateway. Alternatively, you can pay at any of our centres in the UK by cash or debit/credit cards. Applicants can make the payment only through Bank card, Postal order or Banker’s Draft in our Manchester, Cardiff and Glasgow application centres. No cash will be accepted at these centres.

Please check your Jurisdiction from the list of the Counties by Clicking Here. If your county is not available in the list you can submit your application to any of our London and Hayes India Visa application centres.

VISA APPLYING
PROCESS


Step 1
Click, “All About Visas”. Confirm the visa type based on your reason for travel; do not make any confirmed bookings.

Step 2
Complete your application online. Please note that on and after 23rd November 2010, no previous versions or handwritten forms will be available on the website or accepted at any of the India Visa Application Centers.

Step 3
If the application has been completed online you must download & print all form/s, read and complete Checklist.

Step 4
Check fees payable, payment options and documents required. All such details can be found in the respective visa categories under the section All About Your Visas.

Step 5
Sign form/s at all indicated places.

Step 6
Ensure photos are strictly as per New Photo Specifications

Step 7
Check processing time to plan your travel accordingly.

Step 8
Attach all supporting documents required as per the Checklist. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.

Step 9
Submit your Application along with the passport and required documents at any of our India Visa Application centres in UK by person to the respective Jurisdiction or by post to our centralised postal processing centre. Postal applications need a minimum of 10 working days to be processed. This does not include the period they are in transit to and from the High Commission or the Consulate General.

Your passport will be returned to you by the mode of delivery opted by you when submitted. Allow for 2-3 days transit time for postal or courier return applications. Transit times differ by location and do not take into account any public holidays.
