Applicants are requested to have below information ready to make an enquiry on the phone for applications already submitted at the India Visa Application centres and are under process. The agent will not be able to provide any information if the below details are not available for the query.

A – Application reference number(Can be found on the receipt starts with ACXX/00000000/0000/00)
B – Passport Number( number of the passport submitted)
C – Payment reference number( Receipts for payments made online have a W00XXXXXXXX number)

This is a premium rate telephone service where you can obtain general information regarding Indian Visa applications. This service may only be used by persons aged 18 or over. Calls may be recorded for training purposes.

Service Provider

This service is provided by VF Services (UK) Limited.

The call centre team is trained and is competent in handling calls to give general information about how to obtain an Indian Visa and the services provided by VF Services UK for processing of an Indian Visa in UK. Information about Indian Visa's is obtained by us from the High Commission of India in London.

Please note that we only provide general information, and if you have any special requirements, or require advice which needs individual interpretation, you should visit our Visa application centre in in person or contact the High Commission of India in London.

The performance of the services begins as soon as you dial the premium rate number above, and by dialling you will be taken to have agreed that we may immediately commence providing the services. Accordingly, under Regulation 13(1) (a) of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you will not have any right to cancel.
