Mandatory requirements & Terms of Use
Please keep the following Information available before you start:
 
Your current and valid Passport.
Relevant supporting documents based on the Visa Category.
Email address.
Hand-phone or alternate Landline telephone number.
Credit or Debit Card information (should you want to make an online payment).

You must read the Terms & Conditions and the Data Protection Notice which apply to your application and any services we provide and you must agree to the same to proceed further to complete your application form online. Please make sure that you have read these and all the relevant notes and confirm the same by ticking the appropriate checkbox to proceed. 

Once you click on "I Agree" and submit your application, you will be taken to have agreed with us that we may immediately commence processing your application and providing any services, and that accordingly you will not have any cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000.

VISA APPLYING
PROCESS

Step 1
Click, “All About Visas”. Confirm the visa type based on your reason for travel; do not make any confirmed bookings.

Step 2
Complete your application online or duly fill in the downloaded application form.

Step 3
If the application has completed online you must download & print all form/s, read and complete CheckList.

Step 4
Check fees payable and payment options.

Step 5
Sign form/s at all indicated places.

Step 6
Ensure photos are strictly as per specifications.

Step 7
Check processing times to plan your travel accordingly.

Step 8
Attach all supporting documents required as per the CheckList. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications cannot be accepted.

Step 9
Submit your Application along with the passport and required documents at any of our India Visa Application centres in UK by person to the respective Jurisdiction or by post to our centralised postal application centre. Postal applications need a minimum of 10 working days to be processed. This does not include the period they are in transit to and from the High Commission or the Consulate General.

Step 10
“Track your application” online.

Step 11
Your completed application will be returned to you by the mode of delivery opted by you once submitted. Allow for 2-3 days transit time for postal or courier return applications. Transit times differ by location and do not take into account any public holidays.
