India Visa Information - UK - Research visa Document Checklist

	Passport valid for a minimum of 180 days with at least two blank pages.
	Correct visa fee.
	Two recent 50*50 size photographs. Please check the Photo Specification
	Filled application form.
	Duly filled additional form for Research scholars. .
	Application to be made after obtaining clearance from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, the Nodal Ministry in India or the authority concerned in HCI, London.
	Invitation letter from India.
	Other relevant documents from the university/organisation proving that necessary clearance has been obtained from the competent authority in India.

For Person whose previous nationality was Indian before acquiring foreign nationality
	Copy of Surrender Certificate and Copy of the Cancelled Indian Passport (Self-Attested) OR
	lf travelled to India before, please provide your previous Passport with Indian Visa.
