Service Charge
A VFS service charge of £6.90 + 17.50% VAT is applicable per passport and is
non-refundable. Bank charges of £0.94 (all inclusive) per passport will be
additional, to be borne by applicants.

Applicants can also make payments via bank drafts or postal orders favoring "V F
Services (UK) Ltd-London (for London Applicants) and V F Services (UK)
Ltd-Birmingham (for Birmingham Applicants) and V F Services (UK)
Ltd-Edinburgh "
Postal Return of Passports:
You have the option of having your passport returned, once processed by the
High Commission/Consulate General, via Royal Mail at a nominal charge of £ 7.40
(in addition to the visa fees & service charges) to be paid at the time of
submitting your application. The passport will be sent directly to your
home/office address as specified by you in a Special Delivery Envelope (SDE).
Incase of a family or party size of 2 or more We can allow maximum 2 passports
to be retuned in one envelope.
Please ensure to include the charges for the postal return £ 7.40 along with
the Visa fee & service charges in the Pay order that you send.
In case you are submitting your application via post; you may choose to include
a self addressed SDE for the passport return as well.
